Master of Professional Practice (Leadership)

The Aniva Master of Professional Practice (Leadership) is an 18-month programme hosted by Te Pūkenga Whitireia-Weltec, with the first 6 months dedicated to research design and ethics approval. Over the course of the remaining 12 months, students are expected to undertake their research, and complete a thesis for submission.

Once students have confirmed their research proposal, they are each assigned 2 supervisors who are experts in their chosen field of study. The supervisors support the student for their whole Masters journey, with additional support offered by the Aniva programme teaching team and Coordinators.
